WebMediaBrands Acquires RotorBlog
WebMediaBrands, formerly Jupiter Media, has acquired RotorBlog, a blog that focuses on social networking sites.
WebMediaBrands has been on a buying spree over the past year including 3rd Power, a social media trade show company, and Social Times, the company behind AllFacebook.com.
WebMediaBrands also sold industry news site, Internet.com, in December for $18 million.
