Zynga announced today that it has acquired “online social gaming” company, Conduit Labs. Zynga has been on an acquisition spree lately recently acquiring Challenge Games, XPD Media and Unoh.

Google is getting more serious about social gaming, buying Slide, maker of a photo slideshow application as well as owner of SuperPoke Pets online game, for $182 million. Google recently made an investment in uber popular Facebook game maker, Zynga.

According to TechCrunch, Disney is in late stage negotiations to acquire Playdom. The game developer is just coming off its own acquisition of Hive7.

Zynga, Facebook’s largest game producer, has scored $147 million from Softbank. Zynga produces popular games including Farmville and Mafia Wars.

Online gambling company, 888, has acquired the game assets of Mytopia for $18 million. 888 plans to add micro transactions to the 18 games that were included in the deal.
